MSN Messenger 7.5 can't sign in

During morning, had this irritating problem in office, my MSN Messenger (Build 7.5 0299) just can't able to sign in, not matter how i tried. At first i thought it was my Panda Platinum 2006 Internet Security Antivirus firewall which has blocked it or MSN Messenger service is down. After did some troubleshooting myself, discoverd that my other colleagues has no problem signing in! How strange! Found out that those using MSN Messenger 7.0 are able to sign in with no problem. Read up some thread on forum and realised that MSN Messenger 7.5 has 'bug' , anyhow forced to install 7.0 to kill the problem.
Update info: MSN messenger has came out newer version " MSN messenger 7.5 (Build 7.5 0311), hopefully it fixed the bug.

What is propolis ?

After work, stopped by a pharmacy to look for vitamins or supplement to cure my regulars occuring flu and colds.
The pharmacist was very helpful recommended me this propolis, it is something from nature and pure, it is from bee. Did a reseach into propolis and found out ....

It’s this ability to fight bacteria that makes it an intriguing supplement for humans. The use of propolis as medicine dates back to the time of Aristotle, about 350 b.c.

The Greeks used propolis for abscesses, while the Assyrians used it to heal wounds and tumors, according to Steve Nenninger, N.D., a naturopathic doctor in New York City.

The Egyptians used it for mummification—and so do bees, says Theodore Cherbuliez, M.D., a physician in Scarsdale, New York, and president of the American Apitherapy Society, a nonprofit organization that advances the investigation of the healing use of products from the beehive.

If a mouse crawls into the hive for warmth in the winter, bees will sting it to death. Then, since they can’t physically remove the mouse, they will mummify it with propolis to protect the health of the hive. "Imagine the inside of a beehive, says Dr. Cherbuliez. "It’s hot, humid, and an ideal milieu to grow bacteria on that dead mouse. Propolis prevents this from happening."

Proponents today use propolis to treat a variety of illnesses, including colds, flu, and sore throats; skin problems; wounds and bruises; stomach ulcers; burns; hemorrhoids; gum disease; high blood pressure; bad breath; and tonsillitis.
They also promote it for boosting immunity. But even the strongest supporters rely on stories of healing, rather than on statistical studies, when they claim that it’s a nutritional supplement. No carefully controlled studies exist to back these claims.

China's rocket Shenzhou 6

With much respect and salutation to China's space development ever since 1960s, once again it marked down on the Asian history that China has sent 2 more humans to space for 5 days.

As how respectful to China space development is " Shenzhou is part of a larger Chinese program to launch an independent space station and to land taikonauts (astronauts) on the Moon. China is not part of the current 16-nation International Space Station consortium led by NASA. "

Furthermore, their future plan are "have a man perform a spacewalk during the future Shenzhou 7 flight, probably in 2007." , "build a space station in orbit starting around 2009" , "land another unmanned probe on the Moon by 2020 to collect soil samples and return them to Earth in preparation for a human moon base. "

Spirit of liveliness, George Carlin

Chinese people always likes to say "i'm getting old already" when they discuss about age and as always i will not encourage them to say as such and that some refrain themself of doing something which is fun. I feel it's very important that you have energetic, positive and keeps on learning attitude that planted in yourself no matter how old you are, as i would put it in "spirit of liveliness". One of my frequent email spammer (my colleague) sent this which is worth reading by George Carlin.
George Carlin's Views on Aging
Do you realize that the only time in our lives when we like to get old is when we're
kids? If you're less than 10 years old, you're so excited about aging that you think in
fractions.
"How old are you?" "I'm four and a half!" You're never thirty-six and a half; You're
four and a half, going on five!
That's the key.
You get into your teens, now they can't hold you back. You jump to the next number, or
even a few ahead.
"How old are you?" "I'm gonna be 16!" You could be 13; but hey, you're gonna be 16! And
then the greatest day of your life . you become 21. Even the words sound like a
ceremony . . . YOU BECOME 21. YESSSS!!!
But then you turn 30. Oooohh, what happened there? Makes you sound like bad milk!: He
TURNED; we had to throw him out. There's no fun now, you're Just a sour-dumpling.
What's wrong? What's changed?
You BECOME 21, you TURN 30, then you're PUSHING 40.
Whoa! Put on the brakes, it's all slipping away. Before you know it, you REACH 50 and
your dreams are gone.
But wait!!! You MAKE IT to 60. You didn't think you would!
So you BECOME 21, TURN 30, PUSH 40, REACH 50 and MAKE IT to 60.
You've built up so much speed that you HIT 70! After that it's a day-by-day thing; you
HIT Wednesday!
You get into your 80s and every day is a complete cycle; you HIT lunch; you REACH 4:30;
you MAKE IT to bedtime.
And it doesn't end there. Into the 90s, you start going backwards; "I Was JUST 92!"
Then a strange thing happens. If you make it over 100, you become a little kid again.
"I'm 100 and a half!"
May you all make it to a healthy 100 and a half!!

HOW TO STAY YOUNG
1. Throw out nonessential numbers . This includes age, weight and height. Let the
doctors worry about them. That is why you pay " them " .
2. Keep only cheerful friends . The grouches pull you down.
3. Keep learning . Learn more about the computer, crafts, gardening, whatever. Never
let the brain idle. " An idle mind is the devil's workshop." And the devil's name is
Alzheimer's.
4. Enjoy the simple things .
5. Laugh often, long and loud . Laugh until you gasp for breath.
6. The tears happen . Endure, grieve, and move on . The only person who is with us our
entire life, is ourselves. Be ALIVE while you are alive.
7. Surround yourself with what you love . Whether it's family, pets, keepsakes, music,
plants, hobbies, whatever; your home is your refuge.
8. Cherish your health : If it is good, preserve it. If it is unstable, improve it. If
it is beyond what you can improve, get help.
9. Don't take guilt trips . Take a trip to the mall, to the next county, even to a
foreign country; but NOT to where the guilt is.
10. Tell the people you love that you love them -- at every opportunity.

AND ALWAYS REMEMBER:
Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our
breath away.
And if you don't send this to at least 8 people - who cares?
But do share this with someone. We all need to live life to its fullest each day.
